Mind+move is a tailored Leisure and Wellness club for seniors aimed at helping you enjoy a happier healthier you, with a diverse and exciting range of activities.
Taught by leading professionals, our aim is to make you the best version of yourself, plus more.
Across all weekdays, mind+move offers a diverse and exciting range of health and wellness activities, plus day trips to popular destinations. Online classes are also available if you prefer to stay connected at home.
Some of the benefits you’ll receive from the mind+move club include:

We offer a low monthly membership fee or, pay as you go with our casual rate.

Social Outings
- Travel by private bus to popular destinations within 1-2 hours drive. Typical social outings may include fun beach outings, trips to local national parks, visits to art galleries and tours of historical & cultural sites. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided.
