Catholic Healthcare received a high commendation at the 2019 NSW/ACT ACSA Aged Care Awards for Provider of the Year on 25 July at a ceremony held at Doltone House Hyde Park in Sydney.
The ACSA (Aged and Community Services Australia) Aged Care Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions made by organisations, teams and individuals in the aged care industry throughout the year.
Managing Director, David Maher said, “We are extremely proud of our achievement. We have been operating for more than 25 years. This year is our silver jubilee and we continue to bring alive our Mission to promote life that brings hope to those we serve in the rapidly changing world of aged care in Australia.
“The essence of Catholic Healthcare has always been our people. It’s about relationships and connecting with others, whether it be employees with clients or employees with employees. We are a people endeavour, and nurturing and supporting our employees to be the best people they can be, so we provide the best care we can provide, has been a strong feature of the Catholic Healthcare way,” said Maher.
