The webinar will feature a presentation and Q&A with Dr Jacqueline O’Toole, Lecturer of Work Integrated Learning at Monash University, and will be moderated by Margaret Woods, Mission Manager from Catholic Healthcare.

Dr Jacqueline O’Toole will share insights from exciting new research conducted by Monash University which identifies key aged care leadership attributes to look for, and how health professionals can transform their organisation’s culture. Dr O’Toole has more than 20 years’ experience as a University Lecturer on subjects including Leadership, Management, Ethics and Governance.
