Rachel was appointed Chief Strategy Officer in February 2023.
Rachel is an industry leader in transformational change management, strategic stakeholder engagement, workforce and workplace of the future. She has more than 20 years of managerial and professional experience working in and with government, and understands what is required to drive significant change in large organisations and the public sector. Rachel is a skilled facilitator who forges trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
Prior to joining CHL, Rachel was a management consultant with KPMG as a Director specialling in health and human services and before that with Litmus Consulting (now a part of PWC). Rachel has a long history of working in this area including several years as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Ministry of Health and as a Senior Patent Attorney specialising in the area of medical science.
With a passion and dedication to her community, Rachel is an active surf lifesaver, has competed at state and national titles and continues to be involved in all levels of her local surf club.
Rachel holds a Master of International and Community Development from Deakin University, Master of Business Administration from AGSM, Bachelor of Medical Science from University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from University of Technology Sydney.
